Jayana Enterprises
(Pvt) Ltd is an authorized Manpower Recruiting Agent
will carry out the following activities in Sri Lanka
on behalf of the foreign employers under the rules
and regulations of the Government of Sri Lanka. On
receipt of any authenticated vacancy demand from an
overseas employer, we will apply to the Sri Lanka
Bureau of Foreign Employment for recruitment permission
with following documents:- |

(A.)
|
|
(i) Demand letter :- A copy
of demand letter from the Employer/
Foreign Agent containing all details of the
vacancy demand duly
authenticated. |

|
| |
|
(ii) Power at Attorney:- A
copy of power of attorney duly
authenticated by the foreign Employer/Foreign
Agent in
Appointing him/her as the recruiting agent to
act on his behalf. |

|
| |
|
(iii) Agreement Paper:- A
specimen copy of employment agreement
or service agreement mentioning wages offered
and schedule of
benefits including accommodation, food medical
facilities, leave
etc.

| (B.) |
|
On receipt of recruitment permission we publish
advertisement in
The Newspapers, Radio, T.V. on behalf of the
Employer/Foreign
Agent for mobilizing applicants who are interested
and qualified for overseas employment. |

| |
|
We take all measures through recognized hospitals
and clinics to check and recommend only those
workers who are medically &
physically fit and capable to work overseas. |
| |
|
|
(C.) |
|
We arrange their travel documents
The Employer or his representatives then
carry out interviews, trade testing, written
test and other necessary assistance and logistics. |

|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
We return the services of the biggest
hospitals and clinic in Sri Lanka, which are accredited
by the embassies to conduct medical examination of
all the personnel
intending to work abroad. Examinations includes HIV/AIDS
test (this test is compulsory)
Blood test, Chest X-Ray, Urines and stool or any other
kind of examination that might be specially requested
by the Client.

With each new assignment, our workers
have to work with unfamiliar people, new procedures,
and new routines. It is our responsibility to ensure
that the transition goes as smoothly as possible.
This helps us to find confident and better- prepared
workers.
We follow up with selected candidates
for pre- departure formalities, so that they can proceed
to world hob markets promptly. Their medical check
ups processing of travel
documents, immigration formalities and air tickets
are taken care of by us. |

We keep in contact with the client
even after the workers get down to work so that we
can get a feed back from the client and endeavor to
improve our relations and service. |

We assure all our clients that personnel
selected through us are the best available medically
fit and free from any infectious diseases. We offer
a replacement
Within the Probationary period of three months if
a candidate is found medically unfit. |

(A.) Passport -
We assist the selected candidates to get their passports,
photograph,and other revelent Certificates quickly
as possible |

(B.) We arrange
the stamping of visa on the passports of the selected
workers
with the cooperation of the employer. |

| |

| |
(C.) Ticketing
and Emigration Clearance : - We arrange the passports
of the selected workers
with the cooperation of the employer. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
(D.) Orientation:
- We provide a basic orientation to select workers
before traveling abroad.
During this orientation the workers one informed about
their duties and responsibilities
while abroad and first hand information on work,environment
and silent features
of labour laws of the country of Employment. |

|
| |
(E.) We arrange
for the proper accommodation,transportation,security
and other facilities
to the employer or his representative in Sri Lanka. |

|
|
| |
(F.) A prior intimidation
by Telex/Fax will be sent to the employers in advance
so as to enable them to receive at the Airports. |
